No matter what happens in life, you can sit in the sun for a couple hours and feel like a million dollars.
My mind is repeatedly blown by this fact. It increases energy, clarity, and happiness.
Feels like I'm high on drugs when I do it.

Agreed, OP. Putting in a hard days work outside is where it's at. I have a desk job but I am always working on something out in the yard when I get home. There is no better feeling than being physically exhausted, sore, and sweaty from working outside, then coming in and taking a shower. That feel of being totally exhaust, sore, sun kissed and clean at the same time. Does wonders for the mind and body. If you are a cave dweller you should give the outside world a chance, it's how you were meant to live.

Make sure you wear a good sunscreen on your face or you will age yourself at a much faster rate.

Agree with OP, and that's why the medical establishment tells you to watch out about too much direct sunlight, derp derp skin cancer, derp derp wrinkles.
The more sick and depressed people are from lack of sunlight, the more money they make and the easier to peddle cheap thrills to the masses.

eg. tomorrow for me, it's winter too here, barely no UV.

Would rather die from sun exposure than be a depressed ******* for 100 years.

I can hop on board with this. I finished my undergraduate where I spent all day and night in a fuking library and was absolutely miserable. I moved down to North Carolina and I'm doing physical labor in the sun as a summer job and it feels absolutely fantastic. Seriously guys go outside, you'll feel 100% better

When it is Summer in Sheffield, it is like high 80's-mid 90's humidity and absolutely miserable.
Would love to live in Arizona.

I don't know how i would get through life without trips to the beach every weekend from june-september and snowboarding trips every weekend from january-march. I live for those two seasons. Probably going to become a raging alcoholic once my body eventually breaks down.

If you don't get a lot of sun, consider supplementing vitamin D. It is the only supplement that has made difference for me personally that is really noticeable. SRS.
u mirin'?
