I like Milo but what he says about Islam makes me feel depressed

I'm with Milo on a lot of stuff i.e. feminism but his rhetoric on Islam makes me feel sad brahs. "Deport them all" "get rid of them" etc. :/

Look, I know there are dangerous criminals who are doing evil under Islam. But I see all this hate bubbling up against my religion and these Milo fans hate me and want me gone even though I've never hurt a fly in my life. And with ISIS *******s continuously doing this chit, it just increases the hate. Feelsbadman srs.

Milo is a pretty smart guy. I just wish he was smart enough to realize that not all Muslims are bad people.

This is the issue. There are what like 1.5 billion muslims that follow islam? There are between 15-25% that claim to be radical islamics. All of those people are against western civilization, and thinks everyone else are infidels. It's the radical islamics that ruin it for everyone.

Milo is also gay, and your religion thinks it is unacceptable, and kills gays.

to mention some points:

1. Islam is horribly degrading towards women. Women are 2nd class citizen.
2. Islam has a systematic conquering drive in it. As in if you leave, you'll get disowned by family, or to marry you have to be a muslim.
3. The west say it is christian for majority, but in all reality the west is secular. We dont believe in your stupid fairytales.
4. Off all people, muslims are the ones who are most quiet in the aftermath of islamic terror. Not one "priest" or spokesperson condemns it. Not a word. And something is utterly wrong when our state has to notify these societies in these mosques to condemn terror. To condemn these leaders who do terror in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc. Like what tha fuk.
5. If you are gay, you will likely be disowned by family.
6. Honorkilling.




And the points about disowning, in some places it could also mean death.

Yeah I completely agree. The radical *******s ruin it for everyone, even Muslims. Most casualties of terrorists are Muslims. They kill Muslims who they deem as not "Muslim" enough. Like if a woman doesn't wear what they think is proper clothes, or if a Muslim writes content they don't approve of. There have been multiple Bangladeshi writers killed recently for writing articles to promote gay rights.

Milo's apprehension is understandable but I don't know why he is throwing innocent Muslims under the bus.

1. I agree. There are movements of feminism in Muslim countries. Progress is slow but I'm confident women's lives will improve in those countries drastically in our lifetime.
2. I agree, but I don't believe in the disowning chit. If my son wanted to leave Islam I'd respect his decision and still love him.

Mirin Crowder. Funny guy. I remember him saying he grew up with Muslims who hated Jews for some weird reason. I think his views are shaped a lot by the fellow Muslim kids he knew in his childhood.

I like the fact that he went into the Qur'an and actually read it. Shows that he's smart and cares to get educated on what he talks about. But there's so much about peace and love in there and he doesn't pick up on any of it. As for the killing chit, I believe it's about self-defence (and even then you shouldn't kill, only protect yourself). Allah wouldn't be mirin if you killed anyone, Muslim or non-Muslim. In fact, murder is a major sin in Islam.

1. Sure, secret or very "silent" movements of feminism. Cause you know, its either prison time or death for those who oppose.
4. Not here in Scandinavia, the states has to "force" their way in to these societies and "force" them to say X and Y against radical islam. That is so phuked up. The state even makes "programs" for these religious people, to systematically supress radical islam.

I like Hitchen's approach. All religions are poison. However, the worst countries happen to be Islamic. I'd bank on there not being many successful muslim countries anywhere on Earth, actually. The more we import failed countrymen, the more failed states we have. I'm not ready for that. Sorry, OP.
