The NHS has been ordered to pay compensation to an admin worker who was sacked after her secret double life as a porn star was exposed. A judge ruled Kathleen Molloy, who used the stage name of Dylan Devere in her X-rated movies, was unfairly dismissed and awarded compensation of nearly 2,000. Ms Molloy worked for Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust at Litherland Town Hall health centre.

But by night she starred in saucy films and offered kinky services including 'adult baby minding' for 120 an hour. She was suspended from her job last year after bosses learnt of her alter ego.
Ms Molloy was later signed off sick before being given an ultimatum one day to resign by 5pm or be sacked. Judge Keith Robinson found 'no proper disciplinary procedure was undertaken' by the trust.

But he added: 'If she had been taken through a proper process, ultimately there is very little or no doubt that she would have been dismissed for bringing the trust into disrepute.'

Ms Molloy originally sued the NHS for nearly 90,000 but the judge awarded her just 1,891.

Defending her outside earnings at an employment tribunal earlier this year, Ms Molloy said: 'I didn't break any laws. There are people who have broken the law who have been allowed to keep their jobs.'


Her films included Omar's Fat Bird Frenzy and The Deadly Sins of Mistress Sinclair.
Ms Molloy was given the ultimatum to resign or be sacked after a whistleblower threatened to leak the story to the press unless she was dismissed.
