Is Donald Trump's Doctor a Speech Writer for North Korea (semi-srs)?

(Before Trumpers go all full Trumper, this thread is mainly for the lulz.)

For all the talk of Hillary's health, the letter from Donald Trump's doctor honestly look like it was written by Kim Jong Un's speech writer.

Here is a link to the letter

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/images/...lth_record.pdf

Look at this little gem the doctor uses to end the letter
If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.
Pretty sure Kim Jong Un's doctor would also regularly report that Kim is the healthiest person ever and his health is an inspiration for all North Koreans.

Furthermore, how the hell can a doctor "unequivocally" state that if he has only examined Trump?

Also, why does the doctor state:
Trump has had no significant medical problems. Trump has had a recent complete medical examination that showed only positive results.
Usually a medical test looks for specific issues, so the test comes back negative if there is nothing there. Positive is usually used to refer a finding, such as testing positive for HIV. A "positive" HIV test would not be a good thing.

Additionally, if you performed all these tests, why only mention Trump's blood pressure?

In no way does this suggest anything wrong with Trump, but it is hilariously written, and honestly looks like how I would imagine Trump would write his own doctors note, especially since the line "his physical strength and stamina are extraordinary" is basically the inverse of the critique he used on Hillary.
