Acne is bs brahs [pic] [last straw] [worst its ever been] [nsfw - graphic]

I was in a different state for a while and I didn't take any acne medication with me since my skin was finally clearing up after years of bullchit.

I started breaking out a little ever since I stopped taking my zinc, so I decided I would order the "Acne.org Regimen". Biggest mistake ever. I've been using it for 3 weeks, and my skin has gone to absolute chit.

Definitely has nothing to do with diet since I cut out sugar, dairy, and was clearly eating less calories since I was losing weight.

I'd go back to my dermatologist, but I already know whatever she recommends is fukkin bullchit cause I've had acne for like the past 3 years ever since I started college. Completely kills my confidence, but now its at an all time low.

I feel like accutane is my only choice after how bad its gotten recently. I have no motivation to talk to sloots right now cause there's literally no point with this bs going on on my face.

Cliffs:
-OP started using the acne.org regimen
-got one of the WOAT breakouts
-0 confidence/motivation for talking to sloots now
- like sucks aww fuk bye

It doesn't matter bro, they're all worthless scammers that make you pay a lot of money and get pretty much 0 results. I've spent over $5000 total so far and look where I am now. I've tried literally everything but accutane.

My derm is a sloot who only hires other sloots, srs. All the staff and receptionists are sloots. She got that fake smile in her eyes every time she sees me, pisses me off that she acts like she cares, when all she really cares about is money. But I've been to 4 dermatologists already, and I guess it doesn't really matter who I get my accutane from.

Dermatologists are literally the lowest form of life on the planet. Why give someone a legit cure and improve their life and make them happy, when you can drain money from them by making them pay for over-expensive medicine that doesnt work?

Gonna do it SRS. Only reason I've been trying other medications was cause I didn't want to lose my gains cause of accutane or experience severe negative side effects, but really I don't care though. Having acne this bed completely negates the happiness I get from lifting.

Did you get any side effects/ lose your gains when you started taking accutane?

And how long did it take to work?

Jesus, OP; sorry to see that. I never had acne that bad so I have no advice to offer. Topical clindamycin and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide once a day each work just fine for me.

My opinion is to give Accutane a shot. It has helped many members here and it's something you haven't tried.

The acne.org regimen is nothing special, really. It's just a mild cleanser and an oil-free moisturizer packaged with pure BP. I do buy the BP from them because it's a good value. I lol at their instructions acting like you need to apply a liter of the product to your face and wait 15 minutes for it to dry, though.

Good luck.

Took about 3-4 months to get rid of everything completely.

Side effects were:

- Dry cracked lips

- Nothing else.

- srs.

I was on and off it for a year though but have never needed to go back on. And I did it at 16 and starting lifting seriously at 18 so didn't factor that in. What are the side affects that will affect your gains? Just eat more and train harder..

Ok thats pretty good then, was your face completely clear after, or did you still have some red marks left over after the acne?

You're gonna have to cut gluten or something, this is diet related.

Do some form of detox too

Just read this, not gonna lie I still have strong hate for my derm. She was some plastic as fukk, botoxed bish. Looked like an instagram model, drove a Maseratti and fukked my skin more more with her treatments than anything biologically could. Some days I really wanted to waste everybody in that office semi-srs

Figure it out and you're gonna make it, if you saw me my last year of HS and now you'd barely know I had acne similar to that

A lot of the reaosn teenagers get acne is that A. They do not was their face... and B. They do not wash their pillow case. You should be changing your pillow case every single DAY...and scrubbing your face with basically a pot scourer daily. Most people do not experiment with different soaps/ I recommend using Treseme deep clean shampoo, it removes everything.

Interesting that you brought up sea salt. I live about 20 minutes from the ocean and I usually never go to the beach since the beaches here are dirty and the water sucks, but when I went down to Miami I swam every single day and my acne cleared up significantly.

Although I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not.

The minerals in sea salt are supposed to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores and feeds off the oil your skin produces. It's worth a shot, just make sure you get Dead Sea rock salt for maximum results

Doesn't it say that in the instructions? Same with Proactiv... a topical solution is going to make your acne worse for the first couple weeks, then it will clear up afterwards. That's what happened to me... ride it out a little bit longer before you consider it a failure. I've used the acne.org regimen on and off and I've always had to deal with it initially getting worse only at first.
