It's funny that this always comes up. Unfortunately the reality is that it is about as far from the truth as possible.
There is a certain black type that will get you laid a lot, but still not as much as an okay ish white guy with decent game.
If you don't fit that type, you are basically fukd.
The problem with being black is a LOT of girls will automatically disqualify you. Forget about middle eastern and first/second generation indians and asians. Black girls who have been played in the past will be very wary of you, especially if you're smooth and give off a player vibe, and will have their shields up so high it's not even worth it most of the time. Some white girls won't even consider dating a black guy.
So what you're left with is mostly white SWPLs, latinas and other races (usually 3rd,4th gen) who have bought hook line and sinker to Diversity and have been fully assimilated to the mainstream culture. And this is only in the Western World.
A black guy in Asia, India, Eastern Europe, The Middle East will have a very hard time getting laid.
Meanwhile, a white guy can get laid with no effort pretty much anywhere in the world.
You gotta play the hand you're dealt though so it doesn't really bother me that much
