What sends you into a rage faster than anything else?
For me, it has to be getting cut off in a conversation. I swear to God, when that chit happens repeatedly, I can feel the rage bubbling up behind my eyeballs. What does it for you guys?

Slow chitty drivers. Everyday when I leave work there's this merge lane I have to get on and people will cause a huge ass line because they don't know how to use it and they just sit there until its absolutely clear.

Uglier/beta guys that show blatant disrespect
Most of the quality/more alpha guys I know are super chill and respectful to just about everyone. But the guys who are in the 6/10 range always feel like they have something to prove and they'll do chit like talk chit about you to girls or find ways to throw you under a bus if they think it will eliminate you as competition. They always have that slimy, cowardly, untrustworthy, weak vibe about them. And they never succeed either, so they're nothing more than a nuisance. Still annoying as fuk though. Especially because they're usually ugly as chit and wear ugly clothes and don't even lift. Fuking kill yourselves, you fuks.

55 minutes before you plan to be at the gym.
You have 1 hour at the gym before you HAVE to get to your next planned activity
Your scrambled egg preworkout meal is done cooking and you're ready to put it on the plate
But your aim is off and half of the scrambled eggs fall to the floor
You don't have time to make another batch, you open up your protein tub to top off your 30g preworkout, but look, the tub is empty.
Go to the gym unfulfilled in your stomach, but no matter, we'll get through this.
It's chest day and...you forgot your gym bag. Your straps, your headphones, your water bottle...all sitting on your dinner table wondering where you are.
We'll raw-dawg it today, we'll be fine. You check your phone as your walking in. Your next appointment is in 45 minutes now, you have to get through your workout fast.
But where is your friend you invited to workout with you? after 5 minutes go by you text him, he waits 3 minutes and responds that he cant' make it. You want to ask him why the hell he had to wait for you yourself to text him before he opted to inform you of his absence. But that would take too much time, you only have 35 minutes left.
Both bench are taken up. That guy is curling the barbell.
You bust out your 35 minutes and it actually wasn't a bad workout. You would've liked to keep going but you have to get to your next next appointment. It's your friends' birthday party. Was at Torchy's Tacos getting something from the bar. A younger 20s "bro" got his check, but there was no pen to sign. His gf/female friend handed him a pen from her purse. He takes it and throws it across the restaurant, then tells her "that's not her responsibility to bring a pen". Long story short he was treating his girl ****ty, the bartender super ****ty, and was being super loud about the whole ordeal. Just because the bartender forgot to give him a pen. Simply could have asked "hey, can I get a pen?"
I wanted to knock the dude out and drag him out of the restaurant for treating others that way.
