I have a tendency to talk too fast a trip over my words and stutter.

I spend probably 99% of my time in public worrying about what people think of me.

I'm always worried about doing something "wrong" or "looking stupid".

I constantly mentally review any social interaction I feel I "failed" at.

Whenever girls harmelessly flirt with me, I'm too passive/scared to flirt back and just act awkward or beta instead.

I get "oneitis syndrome" way too easily.

I'm scared to take risks.
