Accidentally ruined girl's set in the squat rack wat do? (srs)
The squat rack looked like this, with the ability to have one person squatting on the inside and one squatting outside the box:

So I enter the gym (which was packed), and and after finding a bar, I had no option but to place it on a rack that had this meaty woman lifting inside of the box. I placed the bar on the rack, and loaded it up with one plate as she was doing her set, making sure to stay as far away as possible.
Apparently, that wasn't enough, and she dropped the weight. After dropping the weight she ended up yelling at me, telling me that I was an idiot for racking the weight as she was doing her set, and that I distracted her, which ruined her set.
The whole time she was yelling at me, I just kept a poker face, obviously confused at how I ruined her set, and kind of terrified, because that was the first time a woman ever yelled at me. Then she went and told me to never do that again. I reassured her that I thought I kept a good enough distance from her which she said I didn't.
I didn't apologize, but I helped her rerack the bar when she asked me and then took off the weights from one side when she was finished, because she asked me. She still seemed angry. I never talked to this girl before by the way, this was my first interaction with her.
Now I'm not looking to wife her up obviously, but I'm wondering how I can let her know that it was an accident and that I didn't mean it. I don't really like when people are angry at me for no good reason. Should I just ignore her from now on? Should I go and say sorry to her again next week? Wat do?
Srs responses please. Help a social awkward miscer out.

Ignore her and move on. Why would you care that she got upset? Should have LOL'd at her then walked away.

I'm super confused at what happened. So the girl was squatting, and while she was squatting you put a new bar with your weights on it?

Also, I own the R-3, and you'd never find a rack that shallow in an actual gym. Most are probably 42"+.

I have never seen 2 people use a squat rack at the same time.
EDIT: I see you updated the pic, but still. I would've waited till she was done with her set, and even ask her if its alright. Kind of weird for a guy just to randomly start squatting right behind someone without a word.

you're a major league ******* for doing that if i'm understanding correctly
it's so monumentally stupid that i can't even believe you'd think loading up a bar on a rack that's in use is even an option.. it's designed for 1 person to use and have the option of squatting inside or racking for OHP or rows on the outside. not for 2 people under any circumstance unless you know the person or have discussed it with them already

Yes, two people can squat there.
But a non autist would have waited until after her set and asked "hey, do you mind if I work on the outside?"
Not sure why she dropped her bar though. Sounds like you're both tards

I have never seen 2 people use that kind of rack at the same time. I seriously doubt it was built so that 2 people could use it at the same time.
Just learn from it and move on. Don't do it again, unless it's a friend that doesn't mind sharing like that.
Also. If you are not aware. Don't start pulling wieghts off a bar that someone is doing reps with.

2. She asked me to pull the weights off and help her rerack the weights, and also asked me to take off the plates when she was done her squats. I didn't do it on my own volition.
