the potential use of multi vitamins was factored into the decision, now I have been on vitamins for years due to deficiencies at a younger age and do not have to worry about low vitamin d, it's one constant level regardless of diet

I did a keto cut with a 1500 cal deficit for 6 weeks (from September - October 2016, deets in my keto log), I actually felt okay but after 6 weeks weight loss plateaued so I stopped.

cant believe people still believe this lol , your body barely adapts downwards it cant escape the laws of thermodynamics. Whats happens is your body when severely stressed from a heavy defecit for a period long enough will start to retain water masking weight loss on the scale .

To a very small degree yes, but never enough to even come close to eliminating a 1500 cal deficit. You've been fooled by the metabolic damage propaganda from the fitness industry.
