Surprised at how ex-gfs can just forget u and move on like it was nothing
Over the last decade, I've noticed this chit.
Girls seem to have the ability to "erase their memories/emotions" about significant others and trash pics/letters/memorabilia like it was nothing compared to guys who actually will remember them, even bad relationships. There was a study done on this 6 months ago.
Not ranting just want to post a topic. Philosophizing here

If it was a good relationship she hasnt moved on that easy trust me, if she moved on that easily then im 99.9% sure there was another guy lined up waiting to get her. My ex moved on easily, 2 weeks after we broke she was back with her ex before me and he moved in, she swore up and down that she wasnt talking to him.

You would forget your exs pretty quick too if you were constantly approached by 8/10s

My first girlfriend left me for another man, thats pretty much just as bad as cheating.
The past two days I was a mess, and usually I'm pretty level headed.

OP, you need to get your head out of your ass.
They're moving on because you aren't important to them. You need to do the same, because you aren't important to them. Why would you waste time worrying about someone who is indifferent to you?
You're that dipchit guy who gets divorced and still thinks he and his ex-wife had "something special", but she's exhausted, wants nothing from you, sees you as having nothing to offer, and is just waiting for you to give her an excuse to get a restraining order so she can get rid of you for good.

I know that it's all about that alpha mentality, but I can't help but have those beta moments when you wonder if they still think about you or have any sense of regret at the relationship ending. I've convinced myself that I'm never going to get married, and that making yourself vulnerable to ANYONE is just about the worst thing you can do.

You're failing to manage your emotions and clean up the baggage of your life. My exes became potential cum receptacles like every other sloot the minute we were done because those are the rules. When it's over, it's over. They move on like it's nothing, because once you end it, it literally is now nothing. You are entitled to zero. You are owed zero. That is adult life, it's not a Disney movie.
Very few matter enough to even save their letters and cards. Living in the past is not worth your well-being.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

Lol if you break up with then they wouldn't move on quick unless they had people lined up
One of my ex's was constantly talking to a "friend" and being sketch so I ended it. he rejected her a week or two later and went back to his ex. Month after NC she came trying to be back with me and that "she made a mistake" completely trying to dismiss her actions and harsh words we told one another lmao. I rejected her.
This is how it goes, they Always have someone to monkey branch to and if it fails they come crawling back
