I'm assuming above posters are from USA than explain to me why you hear people complain about your healthcare system? People losing their house due to hospital bills? People unable to get health care because they can not afford health insurance?

Why do you hear countless stories about people being screwed over in divorce law? Why should someone have to protect their house with prenup, why doesn't the law protect the person who can prove they originally owned house? Why does the law allow hard working people to get screwed over?
