I rented this temporary room from this Indian dude, had to give him a 500$ deposit. When I left he only gave me back 350$ and I have been trying to get the rest back for 6 months.

He says he's going to transfer it then he doesn't. Then when he does he transfers like 50$ and says rest will come soon.

I can't even do anything legally as the lawyer would cost more than what he owes me. Piece of chit.

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off. suck my dick op suck my dick.

I'm angry at that guy because now people will start having the perception that brown dudes are shady with money. It'll make doing business harder for me.

They come from a culture that traditionally had a rigid caste system and are ingrained to treat those "servile" to them like dirt.

As much as I try not to be a racist *******, I always do my level best to only do business with white people. It just simply has to do with professionalism.

It's not cause asians/brown people are bad, but there are some cultural differences.

For example my brown roommate would use my plates and not wash them, bodywash, facewash as if there was nothing wrong with it. To him there really was nothing wrong with that he's not even intentionally being a dick. That shyt fukcing pisses me off but non-white families often are very well-knit to the point where it's no longer a positive trait and hence brown people adapt these kinda traits. Now I just keep my shyt in my room.

When I lived with white roommates, there was no way on Earth those phuckers would even touch my plates, or bodywash or anything like that. Hell my last white roommates kept all his spices and food in a separate cupboard with a piece of paper with "Alex" written on it. Never touched my shyt. The only thing that was shared was TP.

Because of a more family oriented system with brown cultures and I'd say even Asian cultures I think they don't have as much respect or fear of the law as white people do. Hence with white people most interactions are pretty professional.

My current landlord is Indian and if he wants to see us he just walks in screaming "hello hello" like a stupid little *******. I could call the police on him if I wanted. Plus million other issues with this guy like not giving me a copy of my lease and having no regard for basic decency. Never renting with a non-white / fob landlord ever fukcing again srs.

I know a lot of business owners and many of them avoid doing business with brown people (srs). I think generally they are afraid of getting scammed or late payments and such.
