Embarrassing gym moments

Tonight at gym I fell over

Past few days I have been eating over my calories and I can't seem to stay under, instead of trying to cut calories, I have been pushing super hard at the gym.

I was at the gym doing below work outthat is not me in the picture, my legs decided half way stepping onto box **nope too much** went jelly. I fall onto my butt.



Lovely guy came over, help me back up and ask if I was alright.

Anyone else been embarrassed at the gym?

farted warming up on dumbell rows yesterday. Chuckled....... then remembered I was in public and said excuse me haha

I was getting a drink of water, the gym was pretty empty, I heard some loud grunting from the cardio room. I didn't think much of it, put my head phones in, and went back to my set. I had forgotten my good earbuds so I could still hear the loud grunting over my music. I finished my set and the grunting was getting even louder. I just had to go see what was going on in that cardio room. I stood in the doorway while some average looking sloot vigorously stepped on and off a box. As I was about to turn away the dopey girl fell, so I went to go help her up.

Fell over once doing barbell lunges with full.plates in the middle of the floor
More dangerous than embarrassing
But I guess embarrass myself every time I max on deads or squats with my inhuman screaming

I threw up in my mouth once while squatting and had to walk all the way to the bathroom with my cheeks and mouth full of vomit. I had huge chipmunk cheeks so it was obviously.

leg press machine

accidentally fart so loud i heard it through my headphones

the 3 guys in front of me all looked at me
