How to recover from misc mentality? (srs)

Misc mentality/redpill/sl00thate whatever.

It's often very funny stuff until my gut detects the truth behind it and I fall into a deep depression for a week or so.

What do you guys do when this happens? How do you recover?

But srs though life would be much more bearable if I never ventured too deep in the Internet. Had I not visited the misc or any of the pill sites I would have been 120 lbs right now, wearing baggy, oversized clothing and not taking any care about my physical appearance. I would have been content with spending all of my free time video gaming and fapping. I would have still believed chit like it's all about personality and charisma, and that love is all about making a connection. Sure I was still not getting laid before I knew about the misc, but I was definitely much happier.

After getting brutally redpilled, I started to change my demeanor around people, started wearing better clothing, lifting, getting hobbies and taking care of not only my appearance but everything else in my life.

I'm much more attractive now than I ever was before being sucked into misc mentality, yet I'm much more depressed, inhibited and paranoid of women at the same time. Just the knowledge that the characteristics that are outside of your control are more important than anything else is enough to destroy your morale.

It's true man look at CEOs and world leaders. Vast majority of them are taller than average. Being a manlet suks, and genetics matter. The misc is right brah.
