At around 2:20 you can see the seat belt leave the guy while they were dragging him, this kind of indicates the cop was beating on him while he still had his seat belt on lmfao.

Road the incident was between two idiots, the Asian guy and an off duty cop.

This on duty cop got involved, pulled the guy over, didn't let him get a chance to respond to his commands or state who he was (since he was in an unmarked SUV) and then proceeded to beat the **** out of him.

****ers like this are the one that gives cops undeserved reputation

Yep he was off duty
Cop should be brought up on charges for assault and yes I am a cop and usually back the blue all the way. But stuff like this makes my job harder.
