Ethics of sending nudes to someone in a relationship

So I'm friends with this guy. We dated while I was coming out as bi and pretty infatuated with this girl, so both of us knew we would end up as friends, and I encouraged him to date other people. He found a GF, great relationship, yay. However, we sometimes still send each other nudes partly because we both gym and like to see progress, but also because we find each other attractive. I would not hook up with him IRL but feel somewhat guilty about this. I don't randomly send him things unsolicited--he asks--and I've asked him before if we should stop, but we mostly just set boundaries (i.e., no pics in sexual poses, just pictures to show off musculature).

Is this OK misc? It's nice to have an encouraging friend who pushes me to improve my physique.

Inb4 you guys tell me to send them to you instead. Part of the reason I do this with him is that I legit trust him and know him IRL. He was very encouraging to me while I was figuring out my sexuality and life stuff.

That's a fair assessment, though, personally, I don't believe people should stalk their SO's social media and phones. I wouldn't mind someone I was dating exchanging nudes with someone else. I'm aware my view of exclusivity is unusual, though.
