How every man should start his day
I did a similar thread like this a while back but here I am with a new one. I strongly believe in disciplined morning routine to make the best out of yourself.
Cliffs
-Wakes up every day at 4:30am
-Works Out
-Meditates
-Showers/Get Dressed
-Plugs in headphones and listen to audiobooks at 3x playback speed
-Gets through a book per week
-Commutes by train, uses app to minize wait on platform. Arrives seconds earlier
-In the office by 7am, walks 4-5 miles while at work before 9:45am
The rest is variable. Feel free to post your own morning routines and critique others. I would like to make this a self improvement brah thread

Sounds pretty try-hard.
I wake up and sit with coffee while miscing for an hour before I even think about moving.

this is extremely tryhard BS. If it works for him, then cool, but he can definitely scale it back and get the same productivity. In no way is this efficient.

I'm 23 years old. I also believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I can listen to audio books all day at work, but I think a morning routine is good. I fell off mine and quality of life is lower.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his fathers, and the temples of his gods?

Morning routines are great, and if what this guy is doing works for him, that’s great too. The reality is, he doesn’t have an under-privileged youth meeting every night after work. In fact, the night in question, the only reason he probably left the office early is to make that event, and he likely works 12 hours a day on the regular.
Also, dude gets up early to workout and looks like he’s never touched a weight in his life.
For you young brahs... Morning routines are GOAT. They are very hard to stick to long term, but if you can master the perseverance to adhere, you’ll be better for it.
But getting to the office 2 hours before everyone else to get your steps in and look like the email champion because you respond to emails at 10pm and then again at 6am in the morning is only going to build seeds of regret. Doing a job, being a good at a job, owning your responsibilities shouldn’t require this type of attention that dictates your life.
Establish a morning routing (it is worth while).
Instead of going to the office early, do something for you. Build your side hustle. READ (note, don’t listen) to something you love, not some book about being rich and powerful because some Silicon douche suggested it.
Go to work, give your best, more importantly... make good impressions, and go home and do things you love... either alone, or more importantly, with people you love.
Being a try hard leads to one thing.... trying hard to be happy and content.

Every phucking morning, I wake up with a giant awkward erection and yet I still have to pee. I also always have gas, and sometimes I feel like I have to chit. It makes it ridiculously awkward because when I try to relax to pee, I know I'm going to fart or possibly chit. So, I usually can't risk just walking over and standing and peeing like normal. And I would try to sit down, but then my cawk would hit the inside front of the toilet bowl and that's super gross. Also, I can't fap right after I wake up because I still have to pee. So, I just lie there, immobile, with my cawk out waiting for the erection to go away so that I can start my day. My life is hell, and I am counting the days until I am free from this wretched existence.

Start moving around/take a piss @ 6-7 am
Wake up slightly(40%) @ 8 am
Get up out of bed @ 9:30-10 am
Shower
Make some coffee and leave to work/school
Sometimes have 8 am shifts, so I'll wake up @ 6:30 then
Gotta wake up earlier and make time for breakfast in there
