I live at home working a good job so my monthly saving is $3,000 lol

why not put the 3k aside each month which you have been saving for how long now? and buy a house outright to rent out? and stay living at "home". houses in wales cost under 100k. it shouldn't take you long. then buy another.

Yes, I live with parents. Turning 26 next year but given my social life is non-existent, it doesn't make logical sense to move out. It would just be burning money that I could be saving towards investing/retiring.

I only have $100,000 cash saved up ATM. House prices, atleast good solid, 4/5-bedroom investments, are $300,000+.

Eventually, I will use the savings to invest in property, but using 1 month of wages won't really make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things given I don't have any car, etc, debts.
