Stuff I don't know or understand about men

I try to understand men because I think men and women are mean to be harmonious and not adversarial.

This morning I was appalled at how little some men knew about very basic things about women.

Then I thought that I probably have areas of ignorance I am clueless about men about.

So I may not even know what I don't know. But here is what I know I don't know.

Please inform me.

1. How men can watch so many hours of sports in one stretch. 4 hrs max for me.

2. Why there isn't more education on how to control your penis. We have info galore on what to do in a bear or shark attack. So many men have issues with cheating or fapping or ed or quick or too long ejaculation but it seems like everything available to you is a pill or broscience. Seems unfair.

3. Why do men bully their friends? The language seems aggressive. I know men report feeling lonely, which is one reason they love women, because they can be more vulnerable without the judgement.

4. Some men make fun of women for their differences - weak, emotional, unambituous. But when these same men see a woman who is strong, logical and ambitious, she is also ridiculed for having those qualities. Do you think men know what they want? Or are they as paradoxical as women?

It's kind of like how a woman will tell a man he needs to be "more sensitive", but it actually turns him into a soyboy and then the woman is disgusted at how non-masculine he has become.

Shut your kunt mouth because I'm about to fukk you up with some truth. I'm going to use some big words that you may not understand so I would advise you to grab a dictionary. I was nothing but nice to you until you typed up that cliche "she is also ridiculed for having those qualities" comment. I'm sure your "my sh*t don't stink" attitude makes the beta *******s at the club drool over you. But I know something that they don't. You poop. just like everyone else. Don't think you're special. I understand that you're a sensitive person who's hurting inside, but let me tell you... I'm a hard working citizen. I will not stand for ignorance and intolerance in our already judgmental society. I'm requesting that you drop the act, and admit to what you really are.

A bitchh. I'm not blaming you for being that way. The blame should be put on the white knights who have catered to your every want your entire life.
Ever since the age of 9, I've been abused. People would make fun of me for my slightly larger than average muscles. I've had enough of it, and I don't appreciate your comments about my personality. I'm simply requesting that you treat me as a human being. Under that rough outer appearance, I bet there is a nice, healthy, aesthetically pleasing, heavenly blessed beauty. But no beauty will ever make up for a woman with a negative spirit.

1. We enjoy it. Each game is totally unique so it's not like watching 9 hours of football, it's like watching 3 episodes (3 games) of something all of which bring something different.

2. Men are the last to be catered to in this society, let's just be real. We are the last to get attention for our problems.

3. Pretty sure there's evidence that suggests men have stronger, granted fewer, relationships with their friends than women do. It's not bullying when it's done playfully or without malice. At the end of the day we can tell the difference between busting balls and someone being truly malicious against us.

4. I don't think we make fun of the differences. We just point them out when you try to pretend you're equal to us in areas that you obviously aren't. I don't know a single man out there that would try to claim men on average are more nurturing toward children than women. If suddenly men everywhere started making this claim don't you think women would shoot down this idea pretty quickly with how inaccurate it is?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I love strong logical and ambitious women. And I think most men find this attractive. There are two people that don't appreciate these qualities:
1. Incompetent men
2. Most women.

I think the real source of many of the problems in our society IS how separate we try to keep men and women. It starts in grade school, really--boy things vs. girl things.

My friend IRl was just saying that we ought to have coed sex education. That way, men can learn how the female reproductive system works (and after all, they're going to be dealing with one sooner or later if they're lucky...) and women can learn how the male one works (for the same reason). I also think women should be encouraged to learn traditionally "male skills" like taking care of cars or home repair (lesbians be way ahead on this... and yeah I find it annoying when women giggle and go lol I can't do that!! when faced with any task that involves a screwdriver like c'mon) and men should learn how to clean and cook (because then maybe many of you wouldn't have to struggle so hard to eat a healthy diet... or think it's OK to live in filth).

I also think OP is overlooking that our society basically conditions men to watch a lot of sports, so it shouldn't be surprising that many men then wind up caving to that pressure and making sports-watching their hobby. Like. We're shown this in all of our media, we encourage the whole boys-sports trope, we get anxious if a young boy expresses interest in something that /isn't/ sports like theater or whatever ("that's gay!") etc. So a lot of guys who watch sports do it partly for enjoyment, partly for social bonding, and partly because they were subtly conditioned into it.

But I'm sure there are some who hate it and do it anyway lol. Like. Women are supposed to "like shopping" and many a man might ask "lol how do women do 4 hours of shopping" and let me tell you, I FUKKIN HATE SHOPPING I haven't actually gone clothes shopping for longer than 30 begrudging minutes in YEARS. When I was younger, I tried to like it because my friends did, that's all.

Most people are just too myopic about the influences that make them act the way they do or claim the preferences they do. Sheep.

1. Sports are exciting and get your blood pumping...and as mentioned above, a game is one "episode"...not 3 hours of sport. It is easy to get caught up in.

2. I think there is plenty of info on our peens, men just choose to ignore obvious info in exchange for satisfying immediate urges (fapping, porn, poor diet...all leading to ED or PE). No different than the info available on smoking or drinking but how many people ignore that because they like it.

3. LOL, we don't bully our friends, we put the bolts to them...verbally and sometimes physically. It is fun to bust balls...you give and you take. I think it is healthy to have your weaknesses or faults pointed out all the time by people who care about you, it keeps your head out of the clouds and can be motivating. It is also fun to turn the screw on someone else...almost like blowing off steam. I will call my best friend a cawksucker and we have been friends since birth and will remain so till death. Women hug and kiss and compliment the other to death...then put a knife in her back the second she turns around. Would rather have my buddy pants me in public and call me a ******* than have to deal with that.

4. We are the same as women here...broads are always complaining about wanting an honest, sensitive man who pays attention and makes them feel good but when that man is in front of them, they complain that they want a strong man with coin who can pound the life outta their mound. The truth is you want it all...and so do we (independent, sexy, humble, submissive, family oriented, career oriented) . But the 'total package' people we want don't exist, so we bitch and moan about the shortcomings of all types.

This can all be summed up with the difference between 2 hormones.

you do know that women have testosterone and men have estrogen too right? The hormonal differences between men and women IN NO WAY directly relate to every single one of our behaviors, like watching sports isn't just "because testosterone." That's hugely oversimplified.

Most of what you all claim is innate really isn't. Human beings are incredibly plastic in our potential behaviors, and a lot of the reasons we classify certain behaviors as "male" or "female" is because one of the things that IS innate in humans is our FIERCE need to conform to the group around us.

In short, if you behave like a bro stereotype, you're doing it to fit in. Likewise if you behave like a female stereotype as a woman.

Your thoughts on men watching sports are completely erroneous and framed in a way that belittles men and their decision making capacity. If guys watch sports it’s because they enjoy it, not because they have given into societal systemic sports watching conditioning. Why do guys enjoy it? That’s anecdotal, but two reasons could be they also play the sport and are interested/entertained at it being played at peak competition or they’ve never played the sport and this allows them to live vicariously.

1. Low IQ, and prob lack of wars these days. We need some kind of tribal pride.

2. Biology. Our brains are wired to want to spread our seed to the max number of women possible. ED has (almost) nothing to do with that tho, lol.

3. Dominance or territorial reasons. Again, Biology.

4. As a heterosexual man, I love femimine traits in women. Only a homo or male feminist soyboy would make fun of girls for having those.

I said that social conditioning is one potential explanation, not that it's the only one. Of course you're right about your reasons as well, though I would seek to add... why do so many boys enjoy PLAYING sports? Certainly, your gender is steered toward that more thoroughgoingly than girls are. Though both genders are encouraged to be active in sports these days, which is great.

I'm not saying it isn't a personal choice. For sure, it can be (and everything is a mixture of personal choice and social conditioning tbh). I'm just saying there's clearly more social pressure on men to involved themselves in sports, which could account for some of the reason why more men ARE involved in sports.

ED isn't a control of the pens issue.

What most women don't understand is that for a man to get an erections a bunch of different bodily functions must take place.

If any of those systems are out of whack then it's a no go.

The rest of the penis control issues are on the woman.

3. It's not bullying, it's a test of comfort levels with a guy friend. The ability to insult your friend and have it returned in kind without either one getting insulted is a sign of a strong friendship. It increases the bond between two men, and lets both of them aware of the faults they have.

Also, it's a sign of honesty. It lets the person you're insulting know that you would rather insult them to their face instead of behind their back.

Women on the other hand will act like angels towards some of their girl friends but spew poison about them when they're not around.

Sheep.
I didn't realize we were doing the thoughtful answer thing here.

Men and women are different, news at eleven.

It would be nice if we made more of an effort to understand each other instead of just automatically labeling the other person's way of thinking wrong. THe amount of miscers who call women retarded for liking magazines, Starbucks and shoes while also spending all their time fapping, playing video games and watching sports is just LOL to me.

None of those interests are particularly intellectual or enlightening but the female oriented ones are labelled retarded. Really, it's all retarded.

Also, it's a sign of honesty. It lets the person you're insulting know that you would rather insult them to their face instead of behind their back.

Women on the other hand will act like angels towards some of their girl friends but spew poison about them when they're not around.
Right, and men on this forum never talk behind the backs of people they know IRL, or, for example, post pictures of women they know without their consent and trash-talk them.

No, men are 100% straightforward all the time. lol.

4 hrs max for me.The same way women can browse ******** for hours. different people like different things.

2. Why there isn't more education on how to control your penis. We have info galore on what to do in a bear or shark attack. So many men have issues with cheating or fapping or ed or quick or too long ejaculation but it seems like everything available to you is a pill or broscience. Seems unfair.Wtf are you even talking about here? There is no penis control. We only last longer than 5 minutes as a favor to you women because your orgasms are complicated and completely unnecessary. Do you know how to control a fukking hole between your legs? No, it's just a fukking hole

3. Why do men bully their friends? The language seems aggressive. I know men report feeling lonely, which is one reason they love women, because they can be more vulnerable without the judgement. We joke around with our friends, and to women that can be seen as bullying. Women are much more effective at bullying, and often backstab and trashtalk women they call friends, which is rare in man circles.

4. Some men make fun of women for their differences - weak, emotional, unambituous. But when these same men see a woman who is strong, logical and ambitious, she is also ridiculed for having those qualities. Do you think men know what they want? Or are they as paradoxical as women?I don't fukking know who these men are, but we like girly women, not butch dykes. Luckily you can find out a man's type by asking because we actually do know what we want. We aren't a fukking hivemind

TLDR: Need a dictionary, boring, OP clueless about men

I'm not saying it isn't a personal choice. For sure, it can be (and everything is a mixture of personal choice and social conditioning tbh). I'm just saying there's clearly more social pressure on men to involved themselves in sports, which could account for some of the reason why more men ARE involved in sports.
I’d say probably because a team sport is a microcosm of our tribalistic beginnings. It’s inherent to prove yourself to your tribe through competition (past=evolutionary competition, present=Sanctioned competition). Speaking for men.

Wut.
You don't know coed sex education? Is this actually a thing?

That's a mistake. A lot of men also talk behind other's backs.

1. I don't enjoy spectator sports at all. I think it appeals to men because we're naturally tribal, and team sports are a form of ersatz tribalism in a world where real tribalism is a thing of the past.

2. After years of eating a soy-rich diet, I have no problem controlling my penis.

3. A lot of men like to roast each other or bust each other's balls, which may seem like bullying to women, but it's really just good-natured fun.

OTOH, men are naturally competitive with each other, and there are some men who like to make themselves look better by putting down other men. That's sh!tty try-hard behavior, but it's far from universal.

4. An ambitious woman is a turn-off because women generally want to "marry up," so if she becomes more successful than he is, she'll probably lose all romantic attraction and ditch him. I think the typical man want a woman who will support him as he works on his career and his goals, but not someone who has huge ambitions of her own. Expecting women to be helpmeets like that probably isn't realistic in today's world, but that's what I (and I would wager, many other guys) consider the ideal woman.
