How do I stop being narcissistic? Srs

Constantly feel like I’m better than anyone and everyone. Always trying to one up the person next to me. How do I stop this type of thinking? It’s causing me to lose all my friends and family, Srs.

Channel it into something positive?
Feeling like you're the best can be an incredibly powerful asset in anything that demands competitive spirit, sports for example.
Don't try to fight it, embrace that this is the type of person you are and use it to fuel growth.
By constantly thinking you're better than everyone, your ego is probably big enough to feel the need to back that up -> leads to motivation to improve in any facet of life.
Get into sales/marketing, competitive spaces that thrive off of that chit.

If you were one of the best looking in your city you would get attention. Narcissism is largely a response to insecurity. Its a coping mechanism that occurs when you dont truly think youre as great as you tell yourself you are. You develop a complex to keep the illusion going.
