To look big in 2018 you have to have a lot of muscle

Because every adult male is at least 200 lbs. Unless you have a ffmi of like 23 you won't even come close to being bigger than them under 6ft

Bloatmaxxing is going full force

You still aren't big compared to those guys. And a lot of grown men are like 6'2+ and 220. I'm 6'1 206 and not big compared to the 6ft 220+ lb guys

This is done through heavy lifting.

And I love this chit pile above that always calls people fat at 200 plus...then tells others their coping

Thumbs up!

a 400lb obese fuk is bigger than the 220lb guy.... so whats ur point?

what does weight have to do with anything? bodybuilding is an illusion dude u need to
work on proportions and be as lean as possible.

Way to blow it way out of context. I'm talking about the average 6ft 220 lb guy here. Unless you are strong and have been lifting for years you won't look big compared to them. I live in the Midwest and every adult man is this size. They all have to be 220-230 lbs

He is not a rational poster...he always takes things massively out of context so the best thing is to reply with hugely sweeping generalizations, watch him get pissed and leave the thread. Come back in a few days and smile...

Not at all...

Today is a heavy back day so I'll work up to a 675 deadlift single because deadlifts are used to grow a huge back and then over to sntach-grip rows with 245 for sets of 8-10, lat pulldowns, DB bentover rows for 20 since they only have DB's that go up to 110's and finish with light straight arm downs.

Hypertrophy days are easier since high volume doesn't require weight resistance...just reps so anything over 5 db's doesn't matter. At least that's what I read here LOL...you get the exact same results DB rowing 15's for 15 as you do rowing 100's so why waste the energy?

And everyone runs a sub 5 minute mile and can lift 225 for reps after 3 months in the gym. Lol. At 6'2 or under, if you weigh 200+ pounds (with abs) then you are playing Tekken. 200+ pounds bodyweight on a fat dude is like tits on a fat woman, it doesn't count.

Oh, well the average person doesn't carry the insecurities required to chase a low body fat physique with great muscle mass. They focus on other chit that matters like their family structure, running a business, etc.

Bodybuilding, not powerlifting. Bodybuilding has aesthetics as the goal, powerlifting has lifting heavy weight as the goal.

Yep and you look big by putting on mass...not attempting to trick the eye by being lean at 165 lbs. That might work in an AVI or IG pic but the second a 165er is standing next to someone that is 210 and 15% bf...that trick is out the window.

putting on mass and being ripped aren't mutually exclusive, u can put on mass while still being lean af.

u dont have to be 165lbs to be ripped
