Why are people even allowed to own personal transport? In this day and age only the government should own means of transporting the people. Canadias founders surely never foresaw the power of modern transportation tools and were unable to consider their possible harmful effect on society.

Posted this in the other thread just to give some context to non-Toronto people
Toronto brah here.

The place where it happened isn't exactly downtown heart of Toronto. Not sure how to compare it to non-Toronto people, but my first thought was this wouldn't necessarily be choice number one for biggest impact.

However, it is very populated, and very busy.

As for the description of the driver, Toronto is extremely multi-cultural. So just by pure statistical probability the driver of any vehicle has a good chance of being non-white.

Just seeing all of this now though, so hopefully more info comes in soon.
I live and work right in downtown Toronto so definitely looking to get as much info as possible.
