The city I live in has a very broad range of incomes and socio-economic levels.

We have section 8 housing/public housing and estates that sell in the millions.
Coastal town
Beach, parks, etc

I started going to the park on my lunch hour for walks during the day and cant help notice all of the trash littered around the walkways of the park.
Being raised in this town, I know that is is a popular hangout spot for lower class minorities after hours.

Most of the white folks here are middle class with a couple stragglers in poverty. But I have no experience with them littering at the rates of poor minorities because they dont exist enough here.

How is it elsewhere?

Is littering like this a poverty thing?

I don't know, but any one that litters is a piece of chyt and needs to have the chyt beaten out of them.

I think poor people in general trash everything more than people with money.

I remember working in property management in college and every once in a while I would have to help with a low income housing complex for extra money. Jesus Christ these people were lazy, trashed everything, and used whatever money they had on chit they didn't need.
