Hey old ppl (30+)
How tired are you? How much coffee you drink?
I work 6am to 6pm. I’ll have a large coffee in he morning. Then at noon I’ll eat lunch and sometimes nap. Then I’ll have a medium in the afternoon.
Then some pre workout at 6 before the gym.
I am literally tired all the time. Is this being old or am I RIP?

I'm 43 and I'm not tired at all.
I drink about a pot of coffee per day, and never take naps unless I am hung over.

Age 37 checking in here and you shouldn't be tired all the time. I'm not--I used to be before I started taking a cortisol supplement
Go to the dr and get checked out. Srs
Edit. I drink maybe 1 1/2 cups of coffee w/ chicory

I’m always tired. Esp now that I’m cutting.. I keep caffeine in check tho. 200-400mgs max a day because at some point it doesn’t even help any more. Just get anxious. My biggest problem is I don’t get enough sleep. The older I get the less sleep I get. After about 6-7 hrs I just get up naturally. I’d rather get 8-9 but that’s rare these days lol

If you eat $hit you will feel like $hit the older you get... at least that has been the case for me (37). I tend to stick to a "Keto" diet which I hate to label it like that but its the easiest way to explain it... But I always feel fkn great. If I go out with the boys during lunch and each some high carb bull$hit...which tastes amazing... I feel like complete $hit for the rest of the day.

I am 30 and I am less tired than I was in my college years.
I used to be able to nap hard all the time. Now I never nap.
The only difference from 20 to 30 are 2 things.
1. I take way longer to recover from lifting injuries
2. My hangovers are way worse than they were at 20

Tired when I wake up in the morning but a Monster changes that. I don't like coffee too much. Being tired isn't too big of a problem for me. Might take a 15-30 minute nap every now and then, but pretty good with not being tired.

Im 36, I dont drink coffee, or caffeine at all aside from an occasional tea or coke. As long as I get a good nights sleep Im not really tired much. I have more issues falling asleep vs staying awake.
As long as I stay active(work out or something) and get a good nights sleep I usually feel great.

Dont take naps, get 7+ hours of sleep a night. Exercise. dont overeat while at work. If youre doing all of that and still tired all the time youre probably dying.

32 here
Im only tired because I workout 6 days/week and always seem to push harder than I should. I've also got a mildly physical job. Trying to cut back down to 11% bf, so I'm cutting carbs a bit which affects my energy levels.
Only caffeine is usually 2 scoops of 1MR Vortex at 5:00 on my way to the gym.
Thinking of getting my hormone levels checked.......I'm not seeming to recover as quickly/fully as I used to.

About to turn 36. Midnight shift for the past 13 years and my meds for my graves disease literally give me insomnia while making me tired as fuk. Last night I slept for 1 hour, then up for 5 hours, then 2 hours of sleep.
At my most tired I've legit thought about ending it, but I can't do that to my wife and kids and there's finally a light at the end of the tunnel since I'll be nuking my thyroid and getting off these meds this fall

43 and usually have 32 oz of coffee at work from 8am-4pm.
No breakfast, no lunch due to IF.
Gym at 6pm and eat my calorie after.
So far, surprised that I'm not tired at all.

Age: 32, zero tiredness until about 10 pm.
I have had the exact same sleep schedule since early elementary school. I sleep from about 10:30 ish to 6:30ish daily. I don't nap unless I'm sick, so practically never.
I also don't drink caffeine anymore either and haven't for months.
