bladerunner 1 was pretty boring. amazing setting and music, brilliant production value, but everything else blew so hard.

also saving private ryan is the most overrated war movie ever. it's written like your generic hollywood action movie.

The Departed.

Way overrated. Matt Damon's accent is atrocious. Having his character and Leo's character smashing the same psychologist at the same time is ridiculous. Jack Nicholson is way over the top chewing scenery. His improvising in the restaurant "rat" scene just doesn't make sense. Even the little rat running across the balconey at the end of the movie was cringe. I think people only liked it for the unexpected elevator scene and the end of the movie where Matt Damon pays the price for what he did.

yeah recently TSOW has been one of the worse things I've seen, actually think it was an insult it won lmao
