Said "Hey just wanted to apologize I'm sorry for everything I've done to you"

Broke my heart in high school 4 years ago she started dating my best friend at the time. Ended up blocking her on everything except snapchat, she just snapped me now. She looks okay now but I really don't want anything to do with her. Maybe I'd smash but then I know I'd be fukking up. What should I say to her?
