Lol at anyone that talks crap about Keto, Carnivore, or Paleo JUST LOL

You literally cannot find enriched flour or sugar in nature. Point blank period. People will eat fast food, white flour, or sugar, and somehow tell people that eat meat and veggies that "its bad for you health"

FCKING LOL.

Anytime in my life where I've been lean is when I only ate beef, turkey, and green vegetables. You know. Food you can actually go outdoors and find. Keep listening to the mainstream media and suffering from inflammation, heart disease, and obesity.

brb stable blood sugar
brb getting all my micronutrients from meat (liver, heart, and etc)
brb being FULL and not being hungry all day from roller coaster sugar levels
brb not suffering from any of the major diseases that plague the western world
brb full af after eating my meat of choice + green vegetables FULL OF micronutrients
brb blood work flawless er'time

If I gave you 1 million dollars and dropped you in in Canada or Siberia could you bring me back a bag of sugar in 72 hours you nitwit? no. you couldn't. Unless you magically find a fruit field or sugar cane growing naturally and in abundance you CANT. Stay mad and get type 2 diabetes boyo.

Once again. Fruit is regional and limited. People risk life and limb to bring back sugar / sweets to the west ( dat silk road )

There is sugar in milk. not near what wester people consume today. Cut out herding animals and once again. Sugar almost vanishes from the human diet

I'm not sure about the labels of the diets but yeah, there's a lot more to health than calories in and calories out. If people think that eating brockoli and roasted chicken for dinner is bad for you well...

I've done two 60-day strict Paleo "challenges" with friends before. I definitely looked and felt better/healthier, but I always struggled in getting enough calories and protein so my performance suffered. Plantain chips and guacamole were a daily snack for me, I was addicted lol.

i tried keto for two months, it wasn't worth it. the mindset is so ****ed up. "nope can't eat that, nope can't eat that, i want to eat that but i can't." not worth the mental distress.

i did feel a little better, aside from the extreme lack of energy (most likely emotional, due to the fact that I can't eat foods I like), but at the same time my mind felt so ****ed. my skin looked so good though, idk if it was keto.
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

I had to change my mindset from "I can't have that" to "I choose not to have that" and it made a serious difference. Going day to day constantly telling yourself "No, I'm not allowed to have that." just makes the whole experience torturous and sets you up for binging once you're off the diet.

Using even elementary logic, you come to an immediate road block. I would love to say I'm shocked by that level of stupidity but I'm not

That being said, I fully understand that need for a restrictive diet. There are many applications and prescriptions for that. Miscers tend to look at things in black and white which is pretty dumb as well

THIS 100000%

Keto is such a simple diet, its probably the easiest to follow and once you find a few things that you like and easy to make meal prep takes less than 2 hours and you have great, nutrient dense meals all week

Keto isn't for everyone but it's hands down the best cutting diet out there
I actually live in South Florida
