Father and son shoot neighbor over trash...



A father and son gunned down their neighbor in an alley behind their Texas homes during an argument over trash — and the victim’s fiancée recorded the slaying on video.

Johnnie, 67, and Michael Miller, 31, have been charged with murder in the Sept. 1 shooting of Aaron Howard as part of an ongoing feud, reported KTXS-TV.

Why is this one considered a murder? They were out there just standing with guns telling the guy to back off as that dumb ape yelled threats about killing them. You cant be serious? I'm all for standing your ground. But this all started over a mattress. Dude who got shot was no danger to them whatsoever until they pulled guns. Even then he was just mad and trying to get them to back off (he should have just walked away and called the cops)

-The dude who got killed put a mattress in the dumpster
