She never replies to him, always blocks him and he always create new accounts to keep messaging her. Now its gotten to the point hes saying he knows where she lives and goes and he ll see her at some point.

Get a restraining order or an "injunction" as they call it in the US. After that gets put in place have her just lie and say she saw him and he will automatically go to jail just on her word alone.

Edit: Canada. I'm sure you have same type of thing. Probably even easier for a woman to get one there but idk.

Yeah the reality is that he was with her before you and even though the status changed officially speaking the emotions are still there and it’s not a reflection of who he is or was, it’s a reflection of his trauma and affection for who he cared about. It’s hard to think straight when in pain. I wouldn’t fault a guy for acting like that it’s quite normal to feel sorrow and say dramatic things that are stuck in his mind.
