Ronnie Coleman might not ever walk again

"Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to not walk again"

Some surgeons probably don't know what the heck they are doing...

Poor Ronnie...

All that unnecessary heavy ass weights basically just to show off definitely took a tool on his body...

You go to the gym basically just to stimulate the muscle and not go crazy with the weights...

I hope no kids watch his videos no more...It's straight stupid..

Very interesting to compare Ronnie's leg day vids to Kai's.

Completely different approach for similar results.

Take care of your soft tissue.

Stretch like its a workout. Get soft tissue massages. Get acupuncture. Because once all your ligaments and tendons rot and you have worn down your cartilage you're not going to be having too much fun

Yea no need for the weights he was lifting. But hey he seemed like he is happy with his accomplishments so to him probably just a small trade off.

Yeah , it was the surgeries that messed you up not the fact that day in and day out for years you destroyed your body . I don't feel sympathy for him , he knew what he was doing and now he's paying the price .

Saw him do a guest pose spot at a local show at his peak. It was only the second time I have ever heard an audience collectively gasp at someone or something out of amazement. It’s always stuck with me.

FYI the only other gasp was a homerun Sosa hit. It was the longest one I’ve ever seen in person.

He has said before he doesn't regret it. Plus he is doing fine, he is working out and moving around.. That video in OP is very dramatic.

As someone who's seen multiple people become paralyzed after doing "what they loved" and ending up in the hospital, I can just about guaran-fukin-tee you NOBODY is comfortable being paralyzed and happy with what they've accomplished. Any previously able-bodied man would give their left nut and half their dick size to be able to walk again, unless you're 95yrs old and on your way out. If this dude becomes wheelchair-bound for life, he will probably end his **** within 10yrs (srs)...

Sad to see this dude like this, going from a freak of nature to potentially having wheelchair legs...das not it mane..

Pretty sure he said in an interview that he had no regrets besides maybe not going for 5 reps instead of 2 on his heavy ass squat or something.

Please be trolling. The only thing weirder than not knowing anything about Ronnie Coleman with those stats would be not being aware that Arnold was once a big-time bodybuilder outside of movies.

Cliff:

- Ronnie Coleman
- Was/is considered one of the GOAT bodybuilders, right up there with Arnold
- lifted heavy ass weights for 25+ years that wrecked his body over time
- yeaaaaaah buddyyyyyyy! lightweight!!!!!
I follwed Rich Piana... i know ronnie was a bodybuilder but never watched his videos, just knew his name.

Edit: thanks for cliffs

Yup. We're all gonna die one day. This guy became the most successful man in his profession and one of the greatest of all times. Id say it was worth it. Better than your average American man who does a 9-5 for 50 years, gets 2 divorces, gets fat and can barely walk up stairs without getting winded or do anything with their body by 40 anyways

one of the down falls of those supplements. Your natural body would never allow that much weight to be carried.
I keep pushing because I think I'm untouchable. But I'll learn the hard way because I'm only a popcorn fart away from a 30 day ban.
