Teacher said "White kids are smarter."

...when I was in elementary school, I think 4rth grade. She was rather large and black and she was yelling it to the mostly black class that I was in because all of the white kids and only a few of the black kids got A's on a test.

The school was about 98% black, 1%white, 1%other.


Do the demographics of the situation make it ok?

Is she an authority on the subject due to her teaching experience?

Is it racist?
