There was a movie, I think it was called Thirteen or something like that, about this psychologically messed up teenage girl. I watched it when I was younger and it seriously triggered my anxiety.

Worst thing I saw was Human Centipede 2. After that I made sure I stayed away from anything like that.

I haven't seen these but these are typically listed as extremely fuked up films :
