I’m depressed I’ll never be this alpha :( (dead serious) (entire day ruined)

Today was my closest childhood friend’s birthday, so I woke up early to call him (there’s a 7 hour time difference between NY time and Israel time).

We talked for a bit until we got to the subject of jobs, and I told him I hate my job and have been thinking about either moving to NYC or the Bay Area.

Then he goes: “I don’t know about NY but the Bay Area is awesome!”
Me: “You’ve been to it?”
Him: “Yeah I just came back from there, I was traveling there for 2 months lol.”

He then explains to me that a couple of months ago he was the soldier instructor (or whatever they’re called) of a birthright trip, then he hooked up with some college sloot from California, and at the end of the trip she invited him to come over to the Bay Area. He ended up going at the end of May since she just finished her semester and he finished his military service and he spent two months traveling with her literally every day. Also he was broke since the Israeli military doesn’t pay much (it’s a mandatory service..) so she paid for everything.

Holy ****, alpha as hell...

We are the same height and I have a better looking face, but I’m socially retarded and also severely mentally ill. I am just sitting here in my cube super depressed, not even answering any emails. I don’t know why but I just can’t get over how I’d love to be this alpha. Tfw will never have a random sloot fly me over like 8000 miles and then pay for my trip with her.

Damn, what a way to start the week after a weekend of literally thinking about suicide all day

Yeah, I have no idea how people can do this isolation stuff. Maybe it’s because I grew up with tons of friends and lost them overnight when I moved to the US so I’m more affected by it, but fkkk you go insane when left to rot alone 24/7 for years

Skinny is it possible for you to pick one sexuality that you prefer the most then stick with it and find a partner? Looks like you have friends so that's good. SF is cold, expensive, unfriendly, a rat race, cold, has terrible traffic, massive homeless problem, and is really cold.


Also - SF can be SUPER cold in winter, or in summer.

I don’t have friends, that guy is a childhood friend from Israel not here in the US. I really appreciate the offer but I’m afraid I’d just be wasting your time since I’m a lost cause. I can’t even help myself out of it, our check-ins will just be “oh I didn’t do anything again this week...”
