With a million studies showing vegans live longer than meat eaters.
And also the biggest cause of climate change is eating meat.

Oh and not mention the suffering and torture of animals every second of the day because of it.

You would have to be a real f*cking retard to keep eating meat.

Find me a study of vegans, versus meat eaters who value their health. BRB vegans live longer than people who eat exclusively McDonald's nuggets.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/do...n-meat-eaters/

“A popular topic of debate on ******** timelines (and around family dinner tables) is whether or not it is healthy to eschew eating meat. Well-informed advocates of the practice will likely eventually point to scientific research demonstrating that vegans or vegetarians live longer lives than their omnivorous counterparts; most likely, the results they cite have their origins in a long-term study of Seventh Day Adventists.

The survey, a well known epidemiology project undertaken by Loma Linda University, compares the health metrics and life outcomes of a large population of Seventh Day Adventists, a religious group noted for promoting a strict and healthy lifestyle, to the general population. The first Adventist Health Study utilized data collected from 1976 and 1988, and a second study — Adventist Health Study 2 — is underway as of December 2017:“

“Seventh Day Adventists are not the only people scientists have used in an effort to investigate this question. A study in 2015 of more than 60,000 people in the United Kingdom, part of the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition–Oxford (EPIC-Oxford) survey, found that vegetarianism provided no overall reduction in risk of early death, though it found that some low-meat diets reduced the risk of death from specific ailments:“

“A 2017 paper that analyzed similar health metrics for over 240,000 Australians, part of the “45 and Up Study”, similarly found no increased longevity from avoiding meat:

We have shown in a large population-based Australian cohort that there is no difference in mortality between vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The results of our study seem consistent with other studies and meta-analyses which have shown that in non-selected populations a vegetarian diet is not associated with reduced mortality.“

Because they feel that somehow eating vegetables threatens their masculinity

I don’t care about “animal suffering” and vegans being supposedly healthier is questionable, but there is no denying raising farm animals for red meat is destroying our environment.

All that land needed to give them food and fresh water, all the feces they produce that ends up in our drinking water. It’s an outdated, unsustainable system and only going to get worse as our population increases.

I’m all for alternatives and an occasional luxury steak once in a while

Vegetarian And 'Healthy' Diets May Actually Be Worse For The Environment, Study Finds
https://www.sciencealert.com/vegetar...nt-study-finds

"Eating lettuce is over three times worse in greenhouse gas emissions than eating bacon," said Paul Fischbeck, one of the researchers. "Lots of common vegetables require more resources per calorie than you would think. Eggplant, celery and cucumbers look particularly bad when compared to pork or chicken."

Meat if great for you.

Dont look at studies because they always have a bias. I look at people who have no outside social influences. Take tribesmen in the amazon for example.

They will leave their women and children unprotected with poison snakes and bugs and jaguars and stuff around, so they can go out at great peril to hunt for meat. They value it that much. This is is the amazon where they are surrounded by plants.

They clearly understand the value of meat.

We have a bunch of people who are pushing a political agenda telling us its bad. Most dietary information come from one source. This is the source the government uses. These people years ago said that cooking fries in beef tallow was bad for everyone and demanded we all switch to trans fats.

of course, now they are saying that cooking fries in trans fats are bad for us so we should cook them in beef tallow. These same people have a vegan agenda bought and paid for by groups pushing just that.

Vegetarians are straight up fraudsters.

Brb slave labour to grow their exotic fruits
Brb mass cross country transport to ship their soy
Brb destroying land mass, forest and natural wonders to mass farm vegetables not understanding that the footprint to feed one soy filled vegan is ten times the size to feed one normal human with a balanced diet

Anyone with lots of muscle has a high metabolism which isn't good for living a long life. People who live long have slow metabolisms which reduces how frequently the cells in your body turn over and the ends of your telomeres on a microscopic level are kept more intact at the ends.

So in all reality you have to choose how you live your life. You could try slowing your metabolism down by consuming less calories and protein or you can choose to live your life to the fullest daily. I'd hate to spend years trying to make sure I age gracefully only to be hit by a bus and die before 40.

So there is a study out there where they locked a bunch of identical twins in a lab for 80 years and fed one nothing but soy and the other bison and the soyboy lived longer?
And also the biggest cause of climate change is eating meat.
Did you know the Sahara desert used to be fertile, lush, and green thousands of years ago before it turned into a desert larger than the size of the USA. And that happened before commercial ranching ... as well as within 100-300 years (scientist estimates). How did vast climate and environmental change like that happen so rapidly without hundreds of millions of human meat eaters? Come to think of it ... at the end of the last ice age sea levels rose and average of 400 feet. How the fk did that happen without hundreds of millions of meat eaters?
