The cost of living for me is only $300 a year.

Car $270/60 month/ used BMW i3 $15k with 30k miles. Theyre $45k new.
Gas $50(electric)
Insurance $50 liability
Food $400
Utilities $120
Rent $700 semi chitty neighborhood

Total $1590/month

Here's the kicker - the actual cost for me, out of pocket, is $300 per year. Also I don't rent. It was just a hypothetical example to compare for you cucks that do have a house/rent payment. I do not live with parents/frens/SO/relatives btw

No, its not because I live with my parents.

Im using a technique that most people don't know about. Nothing illegal, no loophole, or ill malice.

The technique that im using makes me pay $300(out of pocket) per year and it goes up $300 every year.

I want to see if you guys can figure out the technique.

Why would anyone brag about having low living costs.

If you havent got a helipad, tennis courts, swimming pool(s), stables, equestrian facilities and a source of income on your land (e.g. another cottage, working farm, rented out land) - then you havent made it.

It starts with a low living cost. Because thats how you get to CEO 10k/day when you don't have rich parents. With a low living cost, you can use your extra money to invest.

My monthly expenses is very lean. Almost 95% muscle.

But my technique allows me to invest with very little income -which btw is unheard of.Even with an associates degree you will have only 7k in savings per year.

Because my yearly expense is only $300, my savings is literally 60k a year. You cucks dont know chittttttt.

Btw, its called leverage - putting other peoples money to work for you. And im 6ft deep in it.

My guess is you live in Korea and utilize some form of the jeonse lending system where you make a massive deposit to never have to actually pay rent and get your money back at the end of the lease period—technically costing you nothing except gas and electric

And you probably do this with a roommate or rent out space in someone’s house to drastically cut down on utilities

Im usually on this forum spouting stuff that goes against the grain. This is no different.

Regular people- they get loans to buy tools to make them money. That money is then used to pay for their living expenses

Me- I do the opposite from the mass. I get a loan for my living expenses(hypothetically). The money that I do make from a regular job, all of that money goes towards investments(which pays off the very little living cost that I have later on).

Like I said before, even with an associates degree you can only save around 7-10k a year. My money is all savings money directed towards investments. Again, money cannot be saved if you make a below 30k a year.

So, as you cucks can kinda see Im able to do a lot with very little. No silver spoons in this mouth, bb. But did I get help? Absolutely but its nothing crazy.

Banks are very important.

Girlfriend on public assistance and stay with them for free, if they're section 8 they aren't paying rent either. If his girl is on section 8 and food stamps they could live practically free. He could make 100k/yr and as long as they don't get married they could go on like that forever. Many people do.
