Because they often have prior records. Prior convictions = longer jail sentences

The issue of longer jail sentences relates to the higher incidence of crime amongst blacks

So if this is based on white supremacy why does this only happen to blacks?

Conduct and appearance have a lot to do with sentencing. The thuglife culture doesn't help that. Being a victim of poverty doesn't help. Just sayin.
