What’s your favorite Indian dish?

I think it’s Kadai Paneer for me. I like chicken vindaloo and jalfrezzi a lot too.


Recently tried indo Chinese for the first time and gobi Manchurian and chili paneer are awesome as well.

spicy tikka masala with chicken, rice, butter naan

haven’t tried the other stews yet but my indian friends will give me good recommendations

favorite id say is lamb vindaloo with garlic naan

appetizer: chicken 65

other good dishes: chicken tikki masala, Aloo Gobi, butter chicken

I am pretty basic, tandoori chicken and rice. And naan bread of course.

Oh ya, I get Ghee and use that instead of regular butter.

Technically chicken tikka masala is a British dish but it’s served in every Indian restaurant and is most white people’s intro to Indian food. It’s like the Indian California roll.

I have a friend that lives in Mexico and I took him to an Indian restaurant in Miami and he tells me after the first bite in his thick af accent “it’s like there’s a party in my mouth”.

Butter chicken/chicken tikka masala, aloo gobi, garlic naan, tandori chicken, and samosas are my favs every time I go to an indian buffet. Mix them up with raita, tamarind sauce, and the cilantro chutney and it is god tier food (flavor wise at least)
