how are people who live paycheck to paycheck pay their bills if we go on lockdown

like a contract worker with no other way of making money. would they freeze debt payments, rent, etc..

Just sold my house last month. Havent bought a new house yet. I'm just fukkn waiting on the sidelines rubbing my hands together for some cheap real estate in the very near future.

Real estate in BC has needed a correction. Cant believe my timing. Sold at the high of highs and the market will come tumbling down.

I feel sorry for people who don't prepare, but everyone should know to have an emergency fund on hand. There are very few people who have to live paycheck to paycheck. Most people with no savings could have savings if they lived the right way.

This is what i was just posting about in the other thread. All these shut downs to save the elderly, but I think it's going to put a huge strain on the younger population who don't have money in the bank to survive going without a couple pay checks or losing their jobs completely. Seems like the government might be sacrificing the young to spare the old.
