LMFAO @ non home gym cels
Years and years of toil and struggle building muscle, only for it to deteriorate by the hour as you sit at home and slowly tranform into an emaciated/flabby piec of chit and start to resemble an astronaut who's been stationed on the ISS for 6 months.

brb about to pop a session in the power rack on works time

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Anyone who has been training for an extended period of time will retain most of their muscle mass as long as they continue to eat and whatever small amount of muscle/strength is lost will be regained quickly.
I trained for 15 years straight, stopped for 7 YEARS, and within 10 weeks I was back to 80% of where I left off and within 9 months surpassed where I was. And this was 10 years ago, at age 42.
cliffs: we all gonna make it

Why lift when its all about the cardio. No excuse to not be able to maintain shape for a few months while gyms are closed. Might not be a swole, but you should be able to maintain.

Keep your macros in check. Work in more cardio than normal. Crank out push-ups, pull-ups, chins, dips, etc. for the next 2-4 weeks and you will see minimal muscle loss, if any.
The fear mongering has now moved into people will become fat, lazy blobs because of corona. Pure nonsense

I used to laugh at home gymcels bragging all the time because I am a member of a anytime fitness. I was like "no matter what there is a gym location nearby and they are open 24/7."
I never thought there would be a godman pandemic that would shut down every fukking gym!
