You should have been honest and you might want to cut your connections with people who are no longer in your social life. Personally I don't think consensual sex is wrong and I think it's healthy to go a little crazy in your youth, and I think society is crazy judgmental about sex, particularly for women, so I get why you lied. But... this is why you don't lie. Because if he'd found this out and not been able to move past it at the beginning of your relationship, it wouldn't hurt as bad as it does now.

However, in my opinion, your sister's boyfriend DID overstep, majorly. So you can make some decisions about how close you want to be with them based on this knowledge.
I honestly don’t think you owe him anything. You don’t own anyone entry to your past — sexual or otherwise. If you didn’t or don’t want to disclose information, that’s your right. If he wants to be upset over your past, that’s his own issue. You didn’t do anything wrong and he’s probably feeling inadequate but those are HIS issues to deal with, not yours.

A lot of the comments here are verging on slut shaming, some of the responses are extremely judgemental. But I do think you need to expand on that "not 100% truthful" line.
