The point was that a fully mature attractive looking person, whether that person is 1 year old, 18 years old, or 180 years old, still looks attractive.
Attractiveness has nothing to do with age.
I'm not sure what's too difficult to understand about this.

Wanting to date a person and finding someone physically attractive are two separate things.
