Why is everyone on social media apologizing for being white?

Everyone virtue signaling to be apart of the club. **** is annoying, it's definitely okay to be white.

I think the best post I keep seeing is a pyramid with a list of 200 actions that make you a white supremacist, pretty sure being white and breathing was one of them.

Don't know that I'd go out of my way to say I'm proud or honored to be white, because that does intimate that you think it's the superior race.

But I'm certainly not apologizing it, anymore than a black or asian person would need to apologize for the race they were born into.

Equality doesn't mean minorities get carte blanche to attack white people. But it also doesn't mean white people shouldn't be sensitive to the very different histories other minorities have had to endure, and still do.
