Think it was called super size me.

If I recall correctly. He also did an experiment where he let a big Mac and fries sit out for like 12 days or whatever and it didn't really change. While the other brand burger turned bad and moldy in a few days which real food was suppose to. But the big mac and fries looked the same. Yeah I would say its bad. Maybe quality is better now?

Sodium isn't that big of a deal if you're healthy and don't have high blood pressure.

That said...there's nothing wrong with the food at McD's, other than it's easy to pack a bunch of calories and saturated fat into a small meal if you're not picky about what you order.

You could easily hit all your macros, stay within your caloric limit and possibly even get enough fiber and micronutrients if you're selective about what you order.

Fiber and micronutrients might be an issue long term if that's all you ever ate. Maybe they have some bomb salads and chit, too.

I judge food by my poops.

Anything that makes them soft and mushy is not good.

McDonald's (as well as just about all fast food) does that.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

You sound lactose intolerant. Ask your mum to get you juice instead of milk with your happy meal next time.

Yes. It's loaded with unhealthy ingredients, not just sodium.
