Quit social media forever

How do I get someone to quit social media forever. I managed to do it by just deleting it outright. And whenever I notice I dedicate to much unproductive time to something, my way is to just get rid of it in some way or another.
Even though I showed video's with scientific evidence of how bad social media is for us, I cannot get her to quit.

Show me the way to convince someone to quit social media for once and for all. Will be on my rep list for eternity.

You're gonna get cuckolded if you keep mate-guarding, bruh. If her social media activity bothers you that much maybe you shouldn't take her seriously / date exclusively.

won't happen bro, I tried it already and gf knows its bad but won't quit - apparently fb she needs to stay in contact with family, IG to follow fashion pages, twitter to see news

She's also never on the phone when we are together. It doesn't bother me a lot, but I know it's not good for her.
She just cannot take a bunch of beautiful pics and not post any.

i quit on my own because of how toxic it has gotten. you cant force it on someone bruh, they will only quit if its self catharsis.

its def good for the mind and soul to quit though. ive watched too many decent people close to me become radicalized, either politically or just morally.
