I feel sorry for businesses that are forced to use Uber Eats

They barely get any profit from it and have to work their ass off but if they don't use it they lose a lot of customers so it's a lose/lose situation for them.

lmao @ having tables and waiters

it's all about only having a kitchen in some cheap location and using delivery apps exclusively in 2020

Uber really are cancer, they cause restaurants to lose so much money, the drivers barely break even after car mileage and wear and tear, plus its such a humiliating job

If they don't use it then they lose a sh*t load of customers but when they do use it the profit margin is so thin they barely get any profit. Pretty much everyone loses when using Uber eats.

Simps are accelerating the decline of small and medium sized businesses. Innovation is slowing to a crawl as corporations are full of bureaucracy and typically introduce market changing products and services via take overs.

To stop the clownworld from progressing further, we can all play a part and STOP USING platforms that make money where they should not - at the expense of higher end consumer prices AND/OR reduced margin for the actual product or service provider.

Stop being clowns.

Funniest thing about it is if I went big corporate route and say used the pos system for online ordering pushed by us foods and got rid of my small start up system, I could access Uber eats in a way that puts all the cost on the customer and they don’t take my margins.

I just told them all to fuk off and I’m seating people not wearing masks, I’m taking tables more than 5 people, and business is booming.

Have to watch out to gov inslee snitches though.

And yes I’m still careful I provide masks for people who don’t have them if they are willing to wear them. I can get everyone to a table without walking within 6-10 feet of other tables, my groups larger then 5 are families who are 6 or 7, and if I take say a 20 top they do have to sit in 4 tables of 5 close together. I just use common sense instead of following draconian laws that are unconstitutional.

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

I saw 6 or more of these contractor type delivery 'workers' camped out the front of a McDonalds with pushbikes.
It made the place look like a homeless shelter.

Get a real job, losers.
