It’s not just about overall weight.

If diet remains unchanged, body composition will undergo significant changes due to muscle atrophy.

The resulting strength loss would be significant too.

so one won't lose weight ? but will stay at 225 but with 25% now ? assuming diet won't change

It’s entirely possible. It also depends on genetics and how inactive we are talking about.

Muscle atrophy is real and its onset begins shortly after losing the pump. It’s why lifters need to keep lifting.

This right here. Your body needs a good reason to keep the muscle you've built so if you took a break from lifting for 10 month you'd lose alot of muscle. However if you went back to lifting you would put it back on quicker because of muscle memory

Depends on your level of physical activity. If for instance you're a builder and work with heavy equipment/materials your muscle tissue would probably atrophy more slowly until eventually adapting to those loads you have to carry

If you are sedentary and never lift a thing you will likely lose alot of strength and mass. At that weight and bodyfat (unless you are like 6'5") you would probably still end up looking bigger than a non-lifter but you would definitely lose alot of your physique
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'
