Lifting in the dark/dimmed lights

So with this virus stuff, many gyms remain closed and most of us are forced to do some at home workout. I usually get my day started with a lift at 5am. Granted I have a poverty bench setup and a bunch of bands, so I don’t have a ton of equipment, I went into the spare room to lift and I was feeling groggier than usual so I only turned on a Himilayan Pink Salt lamp and opened the blinds.

Threw on some music and I’m going to be honest, as the sun comes up and the room slowly illuminates more, the darker atmosphere is extremely calming and tranquil akin, to I’m sure, sitting on a patio and drinking a coffee while starting your day with a book or something.

Just curious if any other miscers adjust the vibe from blaring music and bright lights in a gym to a more relaxed environment in their home setups and if they enjoy it. Obviously I’m still bringing the intensity, but it’s almost like everything is shut out and my focus has never been better, at the same time hearing birds chirp as the day breaks and sun slowly rises is calming
