My autoimmune disease may finally be reversing! Baldcel growing hair again
So it's not a lot yet but I'm starting to get little white hairs that are getting longer and longer. Eventually they should turn black but that may take a bit. I'm also getting facial hair again to the point I had to shave and now I may have to shave in a few days again.

Hopefully my eyebrows and eyelashes start growing back soon. It may take awhile but it's a good sign that my body is healing.

Nice dude, hope it progressively gets better and better. I've had the white ones in some spots for about 9 years now. Have you been doing anything differently to help it come back?

Good job in healing regardless

Had my best post areata gains on Keto but it didn't come all the way back and still comes and goes. Maybe I'll try some K2 also.

Not sure what your auto immune condition is or was. But a few years ago I had a spell of alopecia where I had 2 or 3 circles pop up in my beard and one big one on the side of my head where hair completely stopped growing.
A couple of months prior to this I went through a very traumatic / stressful situation that caused me to lose a lot of sleep and worry.
Not sure if that had anything to do with the onset of it but the timing seemed funny. Anyway about six months later the hair came back and has been normal since.
