Thank You Misc for Recommending THE 100(Series) to Me

Still at S1E3, but **** is good. The pacing is GREAT and interesting story. I used to think it is corny as ****.

I enjoyed it till season 2, then it gets really stupid (for me at least)

I always recommend this but check out Spartacus and Black Sails

u will not be dissapoint brah

Some Miscer told me it just gets better. Shades of grey, not black and white story. And very brutal.

OK will check Spartacus. Black Sails is good? I once read a thread here and many say it got sjw crap.

You'll see some of that gay chit in the actual Spartacus tv show because it's based on the roman times, slaves and gladiators but you'll get passed it all.

Nah mate, because GOTA starts when Battatus's father is still alive and the story is before Spartacus was even ever introduced into it so it might confuse the bloke

Series 1 is the worst season, not that it's terrible but the first season was hard for me to get through.

I thought it got really, really good but i found season 1 not so good. It's an interesting study of the atrocities otherwise 'good' human beings are capable of to protect the ones they care about. I like the fact there's not really anyone who's actually 'good'. I'm up to date, series 7/8 are okay but it really peaks season 2-5

I also think i'm the one who mentioned it to you in another thread a while ago, and i mentioned the moral ambiguity of the show.. you can kind of understand everyones motivations and nobody is just purely 'good'. Glad you enjoy it anyway brah

Interesting, i found series 2 maybe the best one, did you watch it all? It's this season Clarke, bellamy, Monty etc's innocence is truly taken, and it's this season where it becomes clear there's no good guys.

Nah, I kind of stopped at one where the lesbian scene starts between the main actor chik and the rebel captain or w/e the fuk she is and that one guy finds that city of religion

You need to finish the series, it all ties together beautifully. It also gets very, very dark and that starts in season 2 towards the end.. like the 100 ends up being one of the darkest shows ive ever seen, which was a surprise.

The woman she is banging is the commander, Lexa. The great thing about the show is it all ties together, the city of light thelonias is trying to find is actually an A.I called A.L.I.E, who set off the missiles that caused the nuclear apocalypse in the first place 100 years prior as she thought there were too many people and this was the way to save humanity... season 3 focuses a lot on ALIE and gives a lot more background. The city of light is basically a simulation ALIE is trying to put people in because there's going to be another nuclear meltdown. All the stories seem random, but it all ties together.
